The author of the pictures presented on this web site is  Frantisek Mechura. He has been taking photos since his younghood and at the university as the member of photoclub by Mlada Garda in Bratislava took part in many photo competitions where he won few-times or gained the honest acknowledgement. After university he lives in Povazska Bystrica where he was the member of photoclub by DK ROH (later Photoclub Fenix) where successfully exhibited and attended photo competitions. Later got from photography to painting.  Fascinacion of the beauty of the countryside is evident from every shot.
